A community workshop on menopause, creating space for discussion, shared experiences, and accessible education around this important stage of women’s health.

May 23rd, 2025 — West Island Women’s Centre
A safe and welcoming discussion circle centred on women’s health, where participants shared experiences, asked questions, and supported one another through open conversation.

A community workshop focused on menopause, andropause, and overall wellbeing, creating space for open dialogue and evidence-based discussion.

Pink Flow’d also collaborates with student groups, advocacy organizations, and health-focused networks to advance menstrual equity through education, dialogue, and practical action.

RQASF × Pink Flow’d — Menstrual Equity in Healthcare
In collaboration with the Réseau québécois d’action pour la santé des femmes (RQASF), this session explored the role of healthcare students and professionals in advancing menstrual equity, addressing barriers to care, stigma, and opportunities for advocacy in clinical and community settings.

Monthly Dignity × IFMSA × MSS Global Health × Pink Flow’d
In collaboration with Monthly Dignity, the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA), and McGill’s Medical Students’ Global Health Committee, this session explored menstrual equity across Quebec and Canada, including disparities in access, community needs, and approaches to menstrual product distribution and advocacy.
