What is Pink Flow’d?

Pink Flow’d is a global health initiative dedicated to advancing menstrual and reproductive health through education, advocacy, and community-based outreach.

Through interactive workshops, podcast conversations, and partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations, Pink Flow’d aims to make menstrual health education accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free.

Mina Hmimas is a medical student at McGill University in Montréal and the founder of Pink Flow’d. Her work is driven by a commitment to making health education more accessible and inclusive, particularly for communities that face barriers to care.

Northern Outreach · Nunavik

Northern Outreach

Community-based menstrual equity initiatives in Nunavik, combining education, open dialogue, and access to menstrual products in collaboration with local youth spaces and organizations.

International Outreach · Senegal

Senegal Fieldwork

Engaging with communities in Senegal in partnership with Avec Les Enfants et Les Femmes du Senegal (ALEFS), through on-the-ground menstrual health and SRH initiatives bringing together education, safe dialogue, and access to menstrual products. Fieldwork begins June 29th, 2026.
